Puerto Rico Dog Fund Pickleball Registration

First, please pay the registration for your team (2 x $50 = $100). We also offer a discounted registration fee for Teams who want to play two categories. The total registration for teams playing two categories is $170. Please put the name of your team in the comments section of the payment form or in the subject field of the payment method.

After you have paid the registration fee, the next step is to register your team. You will need to provide the names of both team members, the category or categories you would like to compete in, and an emergency contact. All information is kept confidential and will not be sold to third parties.
